You book through the channel you prefer.

One day before arrival we'll contact you on WhatsApp with the access instructions, including demo videos and photos.

You arrive, let yourself in and enjoy your stay.

We're always available on WhatsApp for anything you need during your stay.
Payments
POS / debit card / credit card accepted on site. We do not accept American Express.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Check-out: by 10:00 am.
Self check-in
Self check-in available through a link sent via WhatsApp. An internet connection on your phone is required to open the doors.
Cancellation and city tax
- Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
- After that deadline, a penalty equal to the full amount of the stay applies.
- Milan city tax 2026: €9.50 per adult per night.
- Exemptions: hospital patients, accompanying family members, children and teenagers up to 17 years old, Milan residents.
